What is the All Time Best Korean Sunscreen?

I tried a couple dozen Korean sunscreen brands, and like most of them. But if I had to pick, Thank You Farmer is just 🙌🏼 the green one (Skin Relief Sun Cream), it’s great for oily/sensitive skin, it got me through the retinization process. As a bonus I sometimes use the Thank You Farmer Shimmer Sun Essence on top of the other one or on top of other sunscreens to get the a glowy/dewy look on the hight points of my face 🌟

I have been using Beauty of Joseon lately with a a sperate moisturizer. I first apply the moisturizer small amount then apply Beauty of Joseon. What I love about it this way is the duration of protection. it lasts for many hours without feeling dryness over my face or the need the re apply it. Love it

I also like beauty of joseon, it's got this really lightweight consistency, speards very smoothly on the skin leaving no greasy residue behind (which is the main selling point for me because I have oily skin and I live in a humid climate). I don't know where you live @BrainyBoss but if you have a high UV index in your area, you should reapply every two hours regardless.

I personally gotta vote for Skin1004 Madagascar Centella hyalucica water fit sun cream (wow that’s a mouthful). It’s spreads easy, very hydrating and leaves no white cast whatsoever on brown skin. Also the pump dispenser makes very easy to reapply when am out and about. Total win 🫡

UV index in my city is bellow 6 nowadays. I really find it hard to reapply every 2 hours but when top sunny I just feel it that I must reapply and I do so. I think I must start considering sunscreen sticks for re applying

I agree that Beauty of Joseon is amazing. At first I thought it’s just the trendy product of the moment being hyped by everyone, but I tried it and loved. It has none of the characteristics that usually make me skip sunscreen (stickiness, smell, greasiness) this this is just like a lightweight moisturizer, so I no longer skip sunscreen. As a bonus, it has a ton og benefitial ingredients beside the uv filter. I’ll post below a photo of the ingredient list for Beauty of Joseon.

I recommend Beauty of Joseon sunscreen as well, it’s very lightweight (in fact I keep it in the fridge on hot days, otherwise it comes out too fast when I wanna use it), at the same time it’s moisturizing and doesn’t leave a shine. It was my gateway to K-beauty sunscreens. I have since aquired quite the collection 🤓
